We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious Private Equity firm in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a background in corporate administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of house, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing meeting rooms. They will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, organizing staff lunches, and assisting with ad hoc requests from the wider team.
This is a nine-month maternity cover contract, working four days a week. The salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, pro rata. The benefits package includes a pension plan, private medical insurance, cash plan, and weekly staff lunch provided.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the face of the company and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors. You will work in a modern and supportive team environment, with excellent exposure to the financial sector.
