This position plays a crucial role within our technical support division, requiring regular interaction with clients, sales personnel, project leaders, operational teams, and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include the creation and delivery of technical documentation, as well as providing pre and post-sales technical assistance, which encompasses diagnostics, troubleshooting, training, and addressing technical and quality concerns related to generator systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional solutions to our clients
- Supervise and lead significant mechanical refurbishment projects as necessary.
- Assist coordinators with interpreting quotes and planning complex projects.

- Participate in the development and execution of training programs for service personnel to align with business needs.

- Engage in train-the-trainer initiatives, where you may receive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) training to subsequently share knowledge with other service team members.

- Provide technical assistance for service estimates.
- Bring a wealth of experience in electrical power generation, with a minimum of 10 years in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Possess specific expertise with diesel generator systems, automatic mains failure (AMF) systems, automatic transfer switches (ATS), switchgear, power distribution, and related auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain a high level of technical and commercial insight.

- Be proficient in computer applications, including CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring that all team members return home safely after each project.
