Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support for Aecon's SuccessFactors HRIS program, focusing on supporting the HRIS platform and overall HR Technology program.
Key Responsibilities- Recognize business needs, engage, and collaborate with the business when new projects or requests are made.
- Creatively bring ideas to life, design and develop appropriate content for the selected delivery method.
- Advanced research and data analysis skills and a demonstrated ability to draw associated insights and make effective recommendations.
- 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) considered an asset.
- 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements.
- Technical Configuration Experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills required, confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience and willingness to work in a large and complex environment where responsibilities and priorities may shift according to business needs.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to not only manipulate and summarize data, but also derive meaningful interpretations from data and ability to articulate in a simple and impactful way to a non-technical audience.
