Job Title: HR Analyst, Systems

About the Role

Aecon is seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst, Systems to provide support for our SuccessFactors HRIS program. This role will focus on supporting the HRIS platform and overall HR Technology program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business to identify and prioritize HRIS project requirements.
  • Design and develop content for the HRIS platform, ensuring effective communication and user experience.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform HRIS program decisions.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) considered an asset.
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements.
  • Technical configuration experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required, confident presentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience working in a large and complex environment.
