About the Role: As a Business Systems Analyst, you will contribute to the overall success of Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) by ensuring specific analytics and reporting goals, plans, and overall initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements: Perform business requirement documents, documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and use cases, data analytics with metrics, and preparing communications.
- Discovery and Analysis: Conduct discovery and analysis of data, access processes, and procedures to deliver recommendations.
- Training and Communication: Assist the OCM with communication and training, preparing and leading training sessions to the system user community including administrators.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with systems experts (architects, developers, QA testers, Stakeholders, OCM) to document the change processes for system support, migrations, conversions, upgrades, and procedures to operationalize the system.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in preparing business requirement documents, conducting discovery and analysis of data, access processes, and procedures to deliver recommendations.
- Technical Skills: 3-5 years hands-on experience with the Microsoft suite of applications (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, Excel), PowerBI, PowerShell an asset, scripting, pivot tables, MS Access.
- Project Experience: Experience working on different types of projects (from large complex to simple).
- Industry Knowledge: Recent understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Entra, and Cloud technologies.
- Reporting: Build and maintain reporting dashboards to facilitate regular monitoring by the GIAM management team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Technological Expertise: Passionate about new technologies and enjoy the challenges of working with Identity Access teams in implementing security controls.
- Collaboration: Collaborative with various business lines, IT support functions, and IS&C Control functions.
- Customer Focus: Strong supporter of a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships.
- Risk Management: Understanding of the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture.
- Language Skills: Spanish speaking – Nice to have.
Soft Skills:
- Interpersonal Skills: A high level of interpersonal skills.
- Verbal Communication: Verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
Selection Process:
- Round 1: Teams – 1 hour – HM and panel focusing on experience in MS, experience in implementation.
- Round 2: Global head – Teams – 1 hour.
