Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain comprehensive experience in various kitchen operations, including banqueting and fine dining services.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with Rosette standards.
  • Uphold health and hygiene standards as per company regulations.
  • Exhibit flexibility by working across different kitchen sections and adapting to changing demands.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work shifts, evenings, and weekends.
  • A genuine passion for the culinary industry, with a solid understanding of hotel operations.
  • Creative flair and a desire for career advancement from Chef De Partie to Sous Chef.
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
