Store Manager - Sports Retail

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in a busy tourist location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for customers to shop and inspiring the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and retail sales across the store
  • Manage store KPIs, including P&L, audit customer service, and forecasting retail trends
  • Collaborate with buyers to ensure the right product lands at the right time
  • Oversee store merchandising calendar and manage budgets to improve store performance

Requirements:

  • Passion for sports and the outdoors
  • Retail experience at Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level
  • Proven track record of driving sales and performance
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
