About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Oversight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight for the delivery of fund administration and other related operational services as supplied by the outsourced administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the overall service meets and exceeds requirements.
  2. Liaise with suppliers to monitor and promote successful supplier performance.
  3. Utilize oversight tools to monitor and promote successful supplier performance.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the Front Office, Distribution, and Retail Oversight.
  5. Produce reporting as required by management for use in internal and external meetings, committees, and company boards.
  6. Provide support to the Change process in the role of SME.
  7. Ensure all fund accounting processes are fully documented and regularly reviewed for appropriateness and relevance.
Requirements
  1. Good working knowledge of fund accounting operations, including SICAVs and multiple asset types.
  2. Flexible with the ability to work on a range of items simultaneously and proactively manage and prioritize a significant and often changing workload.
  3. An excellent communicator who can effectively express ideas and requirements both orally and in writing, both formally and informally.
  4. An analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to identify risk areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Investor tax, security pricing, and NAV pricing experience.
