We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fund Oversight Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of our client's large internal investment vehicle for employees.
This is a newly created position that requires strong interpersonal skills to liaise with traders, internal employees, outsourced fund administrators, and counterparties. You will serve as the point of contact for employees and partners regarding investment queries and facilitate the execution of the full trade lifecycle, including subscriptions, fund switches, and redemptions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining periodic investor transactions for our client's large internal employee Fund of Funds investment vehicle
- Reconciling monthly flow, keeping trackers up to date, and reviewing financial statements
- Spot-checking daily trading P&L and NAV production by the TPA
- Providing employees with investor communication, views, and reporting
- Coordinating cash flow and rebalancing
- Conducting tax analysis
Excel skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with intricate data and complex spreadsheets. If you have a strong background in fund administration and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
