We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Fund Oversight, Investment Management, London. This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of fund administration procedures, investment products, and fund structures.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to fund operations, ensuring alignment with the firm's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Fund Operations Management: Take comprehensive responsibility for fund operations, including fund accounting, valuations, investment risk oversight, compliance monitoring, and day-to-day fund services activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure comprehensive CASS compliance through monitoring, interpretation, and implementation of regulations, policies, and controls, including client money and custody asset rules.
- Risk Management: Establish and uphold effective risk management and compliance frameworks, working closely with compliance and legal teams to design policies and procedures aimed at mitigating operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and third-party providers.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or a similar field.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in fund services operations within a wealth/asset management context within the UK market.
- Skills: Proven understanding of fund administration procedures, investment products, and fund structures; strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience with fund administration systems and technology platforms.
