Landscape and Facility Maintenance Specialist

As we continue to grow, we have recently expanded our offerings to include a tailored residential freehold housing management service. We are constantly exploring innovative strategies to enhance our market competitiveness and achieve outstanding results for our clients.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Landscape and Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in grounds maintenance and facility care.

While possessing a PA1 and PA6 certificate for herbicide application is preferred, it is not mandatory. As a key representative of Centrick, you will engage with clients daily, fostering relationships with residents and collaborating with team members.

Teamwork is essential, as you will be part of a larger group responsible for multiple sites. We provide all necessary equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), a company vehicle, a fuel card, and essential tools.

Key Responsibilities
No two days will be alike, but your typical tasks will include:
  • Visiting properties to ensure they are well-maintained and visually appealing
  • Performing a variety of maintenance tasks
  • Adhering to a daily task schedule with the highest standards of quality
  • Reporting any issues as necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness of grounds and buildings
  • Engaging in landscaping and litter collection activities
  • Conducting cleaning duties
