**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper at Just Develop It Group. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and facilities of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Grounds Maintenance**: Perform a range of tasks to maintain the grounds, including general landscaping, grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, weed control, planting, litter picking, and jet washing.
  • **Property Maintenance**: Perform small property maintenance tasks and weekly fire alarm tests to ensure the safety and security of our properties.
  • **Ad-hoc Duties**: Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to maintain the grounds to a high standard.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: Proven experience in similar roles with a keen attention to detail.
  • **Driving License**: Full, clean UK driving license required. A company van and equipment will be provided.
  • **Skills**: Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • **Location**: Must reside within a reasonable distance of our properties.
