As a Groundskeeper, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Landscape Management:
    • General landscaping tasks
    • Grass cutting and maintenance
    • Strimming and hedge trimming
    • Weed control measures
    • Planting and litter collection
    • Pressure washing services
  • Conducting minor property maintenance tasks and performing routine fire alarm checks
  • Executing various duties as needed to maintain the grounds at a superior level

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in similar positions with a strong focus on detail
  • Possession of a full, clean UK driving license; a company vehicle and necessary equipment will be provided
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance
