As a Property Maintenance and Grounds Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Landscape Management: General landscaping, grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, weed control, planting, litter collection, and pressure washing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal condition.
- Cleaning Duties: Conduct thorough end-of-tenancy cleaning and prepare properties for new occupants.
- Common Area Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces.
- Damage Reporting: Promptly report any damages or necessary repairs.
- Workload Management: Efficiently manage tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Expense Tracking: Keep accurate records of expenses and receipts.
- Team Collaboration: Show initiative and work effectively within a team.
- Minor Maintenance Tasks: Perform small property repairs and conduct weekly fire alarm tests.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar roles with a strong attention to detail.
- A full, clean UK driving license is essential; a company vehicle will be provided.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
