Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper at Just Develop It Group. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and facilities of our properties are well-maintained and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grounds Maintenance:
    • Perform general landscaping tasks, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, and weed control.
    • Plant flowers, trees, and other vegetation to enhance the appearance of our properties.
    • Collect and dispose of litter and debris from the grounds.
    • Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including patios, walkways, and parking lots.
  • Property Maintenance:
    • Perform small property maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and fittings.
    • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests to ensure the safety of our properties and occupants.
  • Ad-hoc Duties:
    • Perform other duties as required to maintain the grounds and facilities to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar roles with a keen attention to detail.
  • Full, clean UK driving license required. A company van and equipment will be provided.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance of our properties.
