We are a specialist nursing team that provides training and support for patients who choose to dialyse at home. We work closely with various members of the multidisciplinary team, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic bookings and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Administer new patient referrals and ensure timely processing of patient information.
  • Organize hospital transport for patients and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Process invoices for patient pharmaceutical and ancillary supplies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
  • Request patient blood tests and prepare necessary forms and labels.
