Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Lead Marketing Strategist to join our team. The main goal of this position is to formulate and implement a marketing strategy that establishes PTS as the premier partner for innovation for clients seeking to digitally transform their workplaces and built environments. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the PTS brand, generate leads, and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Development:

Design and execute a strategic marketing plan to position our consultancy as a leader in innovation.

Collaborate with the broader PTS team to pinpoint market opportunities and trends, ensuring our services align with the needs of our target clientele.

Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across all marketing platforms.

Brand Awareness and Positioning:

Develop and implement campaigns to boost the visibility and recognition of the PTS brand within the industry.

Create compelling messaging that showcases our innovative solutions and expertise.

Work collaboratively to produce high-quality marketing materials, including thought leadership content, brochures, presentations, case studies, podcasts, and videos.

Public Relations, Publications & Lead Generation:

Foster leads through targeted marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, events, and public relations through industry publications.

Implement effective lead generation tactics to attract prospective clients.

Partner closely with the sales team to refine the sales funnel and enhance conversion rates.

Digital Marketing Oversight:

Manage the company's online presence, including the website, LinkedIn, and digital advertising efforts.

Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to boost website traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Content Marketing Management:

Establish and oversee a content calendar that includes blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, and other relevant materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create insightful and engaging content that highlights our industry knowledge and thought leadership.

Market Research and Insights:

Conduct market research to grasp client needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding marketing performance and ROI.

Event Coordination:

Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.

Identify speaking opportunities and secure engagements for key company representatives.

Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in B2B marketing within the technology or built environment sectors.

A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.

A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including LinkedIn, content marketing, and SEO.

Established connections with media outlets, both industry-specific and broader media, are desirable.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and produce high-quality marketing materials efficiently.

Ability to translate technical ideas and insights from our subject matter experts into compelling narratives that align with our brand strategy.

Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-oriented approach.

Experience in market research and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
