Job Title: Fire Detection Operations Manager

Location: Central London

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Detection Operations Manager to lead our Fire Detection service delivery team at H&K Fire Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client SLAs are met and the Fire Detection service department operates efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Lead and manage a team of fire detection engineers to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fire detection services with other business functions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fire detection systems to ensure the team remains competent and compliant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fire detection operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform service delivery improvements.
  • Knowledge of fire detection systems and industry regulations.
