Job Title: Financial Services Sales Executive

ValidMind Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and selling our innovative AI governance and model risk management solutions to financial institutions across Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and manage new sales opportunities
  • Utilize a solution selling approach to create value and reduce customers' risk
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid/large-sized banks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, particularly in the areas of AI technologies in financial services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate and bring opportunities to closure
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working for a fast-paced early-stage company, preferably in AI technology, AI Governance, MLOps, or AI Observability
  • Proven track record as a hunter of new sales opportunities
  • Self-starter with a proactive and aggressive approach to sales
  • Ability to take ownership of the entire sales process and drive deals to closure
  • Enterprise sales experience articulating value to key stakeholders, with a focus in the Financial Services sector
