About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Customer Service Team Lead. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
