We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reed. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a world-class level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our company's products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, stock availability, delivery schedules, and sales history.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers fully informed about the status of their orders.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, technical services, production, and warehouse, to confirm the status of orders and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Enter data into databases and business systems to maintain accurate customer records, track orders and deliveries, and generate sales reports and statistics.
  • Uphold a professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in all training necessary to maintain the skills required for the role.
  • Work safely and proactively with regard to all health and safety and environmental issues.
