About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
