About the Position
An excellent opportunity exists for a Claims Processing Specialist to join the team at Lookers Mercedes-Benz of Ashford. In this position, you will be tasked with managing warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring precise submissions on a daily basis, and overseeing warranty analytics. Reporting to Lee Hamilton, you will collaborate closely with the team to enhance your expertise and cultivate a successful career in the automotive sector.
Key Duties
- Assess completed warranty repair documentation
- Compile claim forms and necessary supporting documents
- Analyze warranty reporting systems and propose enhancements
- Process warranty payments and balance schedules
- Keep accurate records of warranty submissions
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to foster relationships, be self-driven, and have prior experience as a Claims Processing Specialist. Familiarity with relevant SYSTEMS is advantageous.
