We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Consultant for our showroom in Henley-in-Arden. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are eager to introduce our feel-good furniture to enhance the wellbeing of our clients, this role may be perfect for you.

Position Details:

Location: HSL 181 High St, Henley-in-Arden B95 5BA
Hours: 21 to 28 hours per week
Type: Permanent position

A Day in the Life of a Retail Sales Consultant:

  • Delivering outstanding service from the moment customers enter the showroom.
  • Sharing insights about the wellbeing benefits of our feel-good furniture.
  • Guiding customers through our exclusive chair fitting service to find their ideal furniture.
  • Assisting customers in selecting fabrics, leathers, and styling options to create their dream furniture.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Accurately processing customer orders to meet their specifications.
  • Presenting a professional appearance by keeping your uniform tidy.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as our stores operate daily.
  • Undergoing a DBS check due to the customer-facing nature of the role.
