Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding service from the moment customers enter the showroom, including assisting with their needs and offering refreshments.
  • Educating customers on the benefits of our feel-good furniture.
  • Guiding customers through our exclusive chair fitting service to help them select the ideal furniture.
  • Utilizing attention to detail to assist customers in creating their dream furniture, including fabric and styling choices.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Accurately processing customer orders to meet their specifications.
  • Presenting a professional appearance by keeping your uniform tidy and well-maintained.
  • Demonstrating flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as required.
  • Undergoing a DBS check as this is a customer-facing role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to assist customers in completing sales orders.
