We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Consultant for our showroom. If you possess the ability to provide an outstanding level of personalized service and are passionate about enhancing customer wellbeing through quality furniture, this opportunity may be for you.

Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Delivering exceptional service from the moment customers enter the showroom, including assisting with their needs and offering refreshments.
  • Educating customers on the health benefits associated with our range of feel-good furniture.
  • Guiding customers through our exclusive chair fitting service to help them select the perfect furniture.
  • Paying close attention to detail to assist customers in customizing their furniture choices, including fabrics and styles.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Accurately processing customer orders to ensure their furniture is crafted to their specifications.
  • Presenting yourself professionally and maintaining a tidy appearance.
  • Being flexible to work weekends and weekdays, as our stores operate daily.
  • Undergoing a DBS check due to the customer-facing nature of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in assisting customers with sales orders.
