Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture for their needs, and processing customer orders accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer a fantastic service from the start, including opening doors for customers and making refreshments
  • Share knowledge about the wellbeing benefits of feel-good furniture
  • Take customers through our exclusive chair fitting service, enabling them to find the right furniture for them
  • Have an eye for detail to assist the customer with creating their dream furniture, from fabrics, leathers, and styling options
  • Help keep the showroom, products looking their best by ensuring they are clean, fresh, and welcoming
  • Ensure customers are happy by creating a welcoming and friendly space
  • Process customer orders accurately to ensure their feel-good furniture is crafted to their specification and arrives exactly as they imagined
  • Ensure you are smart in appearance, keeping your uniform clean and well presented

Requirements

  • Experience within retail sales
  • Customer service or customer-facing experience
  • Attention to detail
  • A friendly, welcoming, and caring attitude
  • Experience in assisting customers to complete a sales order
