About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering their queries and addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture for their needs, using your knowledge of our products and services to make informed recommendations.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all details are correct and that customers receive their orders on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • DBS check required.
