About the Role

The Head of Programme Management Office will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the overall leadership and management of the Programme Management Office function at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This role will be fundamental in developing and delivering a robust programme and project management expertise, providing assurance and delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and manage the PMO function to ensure the implementation of robust processes and appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Provide strategic coordination and prioritization of individual corporate projects, ensuring that all decisions are in line with the overall aims and vision of the trust.
  • Manage the overall development and completion of trust-wide projects, ensuring continuous stakeholder engagement.
