Position Title:
Area Operations Support Manager

Compensation:
£65,000 + company vehicle (Ford Ranger) + potential performance bonuses


Amber Mace is in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Area Operations Support Manager to supervise activities across multiple care facilities in the scenic regions of Southern England.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the highest levels of care and operational efficiency within our establishments.


Deliver strategic direction and support to the care facility managers to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and the accomplishment of organizational objectives.


  • Conduct frequent site evaluations and inspections to gauge the quality of care, pinpoint areas needing enhancement, and execute improvement plans as required.
  • Serve as a mentor and advisor to care facility managers, offering assistance and insights on clinical and operational issues.
  • Partner with internal teams to formulate and execute best practices in resident care, personnel management, and financial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated history of effectively managing multiple locations and fostering performance enhancements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory obligations and best practices within the healthcare industry.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as necessary.
  • Valid UK driving license.
