Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Administrator for a temporary position on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a candidate who is immediately available and can commit to a full-time schedule within our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and processing financial transactions and records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to streamline accounting functions and improve financial processes.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and process company payments.
  • Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
