Finance Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at Insight Select Ltd in Kent. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier accounts, posting and verifying invoices
  • Assist the Finance Manager with payment runs and credit control
  • Process sales invoices and staff expenses
  • Contribute to monthly payroll preparation and credit card reconciliations
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc duties and ensure financial records are up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong bookkeeping and financial administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • XERO Accounting Software experience is desirable
