About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to join our team at Henry Blue, a leading FE college. As a Programme Lead in Engineering Apprenticeships, you will be responsible for leading a team of Trainer Assessors in delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Engineering.

You will work closely with employers to co-design the curriculum to meet their business needs, providing support and information to potential learners, employers, and staff. Your role will involve monitoring and leading on the outcomes of all apprentices in the sector area, ensuring a high-quality experience for our apprentices and employers.

Responsibilities
  • Substantial current experience of successful delivery of Apprenticeship Standards in Engineering
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • GCSE grade C or equivalent qualification in both Maths and English
  • A recognised assessing qualification e.g. A1 Assessors Award
  • A recognised IQA qualification
  • Recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above or a willingness to undertake this
