Engineering Apprenticeships Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Programme Leader to join our team at Henry Blue, a leading FE college. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Trainer Assessors in delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Engineering, working closely with employers to co-design the curriculum to meet their business needs.
The Programme Leader will provide support and information to potential learners, employers, and staff to ensure they understand the expectations of attaining and achieving their full Apprenticeship Standard with high grades. They will work closely with the Head of Division to support the team through CPD activities and development of their industry skills, ensuring a consistently excellent learning experience for apprentices and employers.
The Programme Leader will be responsible for monitoring and leading on the outcomes of all apprentices in the sector area, ensuring a high-quality experience for our apprentices and employers.
Responsibilities:- Substantial current experience of successful delivery of Apprenticeship Standards in Engineering
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- GCSE grade C or equivalent qualification in both Maths and English
- A recognised assessing qualification e.g. A1 Assessors Award
- A recognised IQA qualification
- Recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above or a willingness to undertake this
