Programme Lead in Engineering Apprenticeships

We are currently working with an excellent FE college to find a Programme Lead in Engineering Apprenticeships. As a key member of the Henry Blue team, you will lead a team of Trainer Assessors in delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Engineering. Your role will involve working closely with employers to co-design the curriculum and meet their business needs. You will be responsible for monitoring and leading on the outcomes of all apprentices in the sector area. Our goal is to provide a high-quality experience for our apprentices and employers.

Key Requirements:

* Substantial current experience of successful delivery of Apprenticeship Standards in Engineering
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
* GCSE grade C or equivalent qualification in both Maths and English
* Recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above or a willingness to undertake this
