Programme Lead in Engineering Apprenticeships

We are currently working with an excellent FE college to find a Programme Lead in Engineering Apprenticeships. As a key member of the Henry Blue team, you will lead a team of Trainer Assessors in delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Engineering. Your role will involve working closely with employers to co-design the curriculum and meet their business needs. You will be responsible for monitoring and leading on the outcomes of all apprentices in the sector area, ensuring a high-quality experience for our apprentices and employers.

To be successful in this role, you will have substantial current experience of successful delivery of Apprenticeship Standards in Engineering. You will also hold a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, as well as GCSE grade C or equivalent qualification in both Maths and English. A recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above, or a willingness to undertake this, is also required.
