About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Partners 4 Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, including mental health and learning disabilities, in their own homes and supported living services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting dignity and respect, and encouraging independence and well-being.
  • Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
  • Offer emotional and social support to service users, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Have a full UK driving licence and be willing to use your vehicle for work purposes.

Requirements

  • Have a keen interest in providing care to vulnerable individuals and facilitating their independence.
  • Have empathy, a caring nature, drive, and ambition.
  • Be reliable, an enthusiastic team member, and a good communicator.
  • Have good organisational and time management skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
