Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Partners 4 Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, including mental health and learning disabilities, in their own homes and supported living services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting dignity and respect, and encouraging independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as medication support and administration.
- Prepare and serve meals, and provide domestic assistance as needed.
- Offer emotional and social support to service users, building strong relationships and promoting a sense of community.
- A keen interest in providing care to vulnerable individuals and facilitating their independence.
- Empathy, a caring nature, drive, and ambition.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- A full UK driving license.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Level 3 qualification in Learning Disabilities.
- Level 3 Safe Handling of Medication.
