We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Partners 4 Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, including mental health and learning disabilities, in their own homes and supported living services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex care needs, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with medication management and administration, with training provided.
- Prepare and support with meals, as well as provide domestic assistance.
- Offer emotional and social support to individuals, promoting their dignity and independence.
Requirements
- A keen interest in providing care to vulnerable individuals and facilitating their independence.
- Empathy, a caring nature, drive, and ambition.
- Reliability and enthusiasm as a team member, with good communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
