We are seeking an HR Business Partner Analyst to enhance the support provided to the European Investment Banking (IB) HR Business Partnering team. This role is designed for individuals eager to cultivate their skills in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing a variety of HR inquiries
  • Collaborating with the Lateral and Campus Recruiting teams on all European IB recruitment initiatives, offering insights on compensation and regulatory hiring aspects
  • Coordinating with HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits on matters related to IB
  • Drafting HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters of employment term changes, and probation letters, while advising prospective and current employees on these documents
  • Engaging with Employment Legal when necessary
  • Assisting in the year-end and mid-year performance evaluation processes
  • Contributing to various elements of the Compensation process by implementing essential system modifications, updating procedural documents, conducting audits, and fulfilling other ad hoc requirements
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
  • Generating and analyzing reports
  • Participating in ad hoc project work

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in HR Business Partner roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail is crucial
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to driving initiatives forward
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating initiative and contributing ideas and recommendations
  • Capacity to manage pressure and conflicting priorities
  • Professional and adaptable demeanor, capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Degree-level education
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and within a global organization is preferred but not mandatory
