Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Patient Access management team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to improve patient access and experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to provide an efficient and effective administration service to patients and clinicians.
- Ensure that staff adhere to the Patient Access Department standard operating procedures and highlight any issues to senior management.
- Provide cross-cover for other Team Leaders across the function to ensure a consistent and effective service is maintained.
- Attend relevant meetings and provide input to senior management on operational issues.
