Venn Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to support the electrical trades operations and maintenance work across our client's sites in Buckinghamshire.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deputising for the Electrical Manager and overseeing the line management of electrical operational staff
  • Supervising trade works related to electrical disciplines, including HV/LV, lighting, fire safety systems, and lifts
  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection of staff
  • Managing the completion of report sheets and test certificates as necessary
  • Ensuring the safe execution of works in hazardous areas
  • Reviewing and implementing planned maintenance tasks and emergency works
  • Planning maintenance activities, allocating staff and resources, and operating the labour control scheme

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in electrical operations and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
