About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Patient Access management team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development of our modern and patient-focused service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide an efficient and effective administration service to patients and clinicians.
  • Work with peers across the Trust to achieve and improve performance against local and national standards.
  • Ensure staff adhere to Patient Access Department standard operating procedures and highlight any issues to senior management.
  • Provide cross-cover for other Team Leaders to ensure a consistent and effective service.
  • Attend relevant meetings and provide input as requested by the Access/Site Managers.

Requirements
