Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: London - hybrid working model

About the Role

The Sales Coordinator position is integral to facilitating collaboration among various departments, including Finance and Production, to deliver a comprehensive service to our global sales teams before and after sales transactions.

As a key resource for our CRM, you will oversee its utilization by the sales team, ensuring compliance with company standards for accurate data tracking and analysis. This role will also involve close collaboration with the Business Systems team to ensure that CRM functionalities align with the evolving needs of the sales processes.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office, following a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, managing daily administrative tasks across key systems.
  • Assist in the sales operations cycle, including extracting system statistics and updating relevant sales documents.
  • Ensure the integrity of sales team data, including invoice information, and supervise the team's use of the CRM/Booking system.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, developing sales department policies, training materials, and resources.
  • Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales team, collaborating with colleagues to expand the prospects database.
  • Generate pipeline and sales reports, conducting analyses and preparing presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Contribute to the development of regional sales tracking documents and assist in creating sales forecasting models.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and the sales team for any technical inquiries.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:
  • Experience in an office support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively re-prioritize as needed.
  • Proactive in identifying recurring issues and utilizing initiative to resolve them promptly.
  • Reliable team player with the capability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of data quality standards and adherence to minimum data sets.
Desirable:
  • Experience supporting senior management and sales teams is advantageous.
  • Experience in client development is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
