Our client, a leading global financial services company, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Internal Audit to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and risk management of the company.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal audit, with experience in leading complex audits and developing effective risk management strategies. You will be responsible for managing a team of auditors and providing guidance on audit methodologies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the internal audit strategy and plan
  • Manage a team of auditors and provide guidance on audit methodologies and techniques
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop effective risk management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide regular reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Audit Committee

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant with first-class academics
  • Strong technical audit skills and proven leadership experience
  • Experience in leading complex audits and developing effective risk management strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
