This position offers a unique opportunity for a tax professional to develop their expertise and contribute to the growth of the firm's tax advisory services. As a Tax Partner Designate, you will work closely with the Tax Partners and wider Partners within the business, servicing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses. You will be supported by an experienced team and have the autonomy to develop and implement tax strategies that meet the needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement tax efficient strategies for personal and corporate clients * Provide support to clients with complex UK and international tax issues * Collaborate with the Tax Partners to grow and develop the firm's tax advisory services * Engage with local referrers and external third-parties to develop business opportunities * Present tax issues and options to clients in a clear and concise manner Requirements: * CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) * Experience of working in tax and a passion for working with clients in the public and third sector * Experience of a client-facing role * Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio * Interest in building client relationships to generate fee-paying work Benefits: * Competitive salary range of £80,000-£100,000+ per annum * Parking * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Competitive pension * Private medical insurance If you are a motivated and experienced tax professional looking to develop your expertise and contribute to the growth of a leading firm of chartered accountants, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
