About the Role

TPF Recruitment is supporting a leading firm of chartered accountants in their search for a Tax Partner Designate to join their team in Gravesend, Kent. This position offers a unique opportunity for a tax professional to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tax Partner Designate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tax efficient strategies for clients, providing support on complex UK and international tax issues, and overseeing a team of junior tax staff. You will work closely with the Tax Partners and wider Partners within the business to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a CTA/ACA qualified tax professional with experience of working in tax and a demonstrable passion for working with clients in the public and third sector. You will also need to have experience of a client or customer-facing role, proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio, and an interest in building client relationships to generate fee-paying work.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000+ per annum, parking, 25 days annual leave+ bank holidays, competitive pension, private medical insurance, and additional benefits.
