Total Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives for our client, a leading provider of nuclear fuel cycle engineering solutions.

This company excels in delivering comprehensive services, ranging from operational support engineering to full Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management (EPCM) projects. They cater to both internal facilities and external clients, establishing themselves as a trusted partner in the nuclear industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account and business growth plans to expand market reach and revenue streams.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors within the nuclear industry.
  • Craft compelling Account Plans, Opportunity Capture Plans, and Value Propositions that effectively communicate the company's unique capabilities and benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to accurate forecasting of Order Intake and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Actively participate in opportunity pursuits by providing valuable market insights and technical expertise to support winning bids.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities within the dynamic nuclear sector.
  • Promote the company's extensive capabilities and strengths through targeted presentations, proposals, and networking events.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams across departments to ensure successful business wins and client satisfaction.
