About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Benefact Group plc. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving business value and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Improvement

Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.

Requirements Elicitation and Management

Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.

Backlog Management and Prioritization

Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.

Agile Methodologies and Ceremonies

Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Business Analysis and Process Improvement

Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.

Requirements Elicitation and Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to elicit and document requirements effectively.

Backlog Management and Prioritization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.

Agile Methodologies and Ceremonies

Experience with agile methodologies and ceremonies, with a strong understanding of their principles and practices.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Services Experience

Desirable experience in the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.

Certified Product Owner Qualification

Certified Product Owner qualification, demonstrating a strong understanding of product ownership and agile methodologies.
