Key Responsibilities

This role offers a diverse range of challenges and responsibilities, including:

  • Facilitating the Scrum framework, which encompasses daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensuring the Scrum Team's overall effectiveness and accountability.
  • Identifying and eliminating obstacles that impede the team's productivity and work quality.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders to adopt Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Assisting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring clarity and conciseness of Product Goals and backlog items.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner and team to enhance user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Managing risks and dependencies through effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Interview Process

Our recruitment process is straightforward, consisting of two stages: an initial conversation with our recruiter, followed by a one-hour Teams call with two team members. We believe that genuine conversation is the best way to understand candidates, as recruitment is a mutual process.

Eligibility Requirements

Due to the nature of this position, candidates must be UK Citizens and have resided in the UK for the past 10 years. A high-level security clearance is required prior to employment.

Willingness to travel to customer sites in Gloucestershire and Manchester is essential.

The salary range for this position is between £40,000 and £65,000, depending on experience.
